Our reports are kept brief and to the point. Each month, we will report on how the project is progressing in terms of its forecast out-turn cost and the anticipated date for completion. Armed with this information as the process proceeds, the client has the ability to “alter course” if necessary to bring down cost overruns, make change decisions or plan for the future business activity.
