Project Details

The Client brief for the project was to strip out the existing office building as part of an enabling works package and to fully refurbish the 7 floor office building to provide new open plan office    accommodation for 500 staff in the main works package. The main works included, but were not limited to, making good existing floor, wall and ceiling finishing’s, internal dry lining and partitions, new floor, wall and ceiling finishing’s, new fittings and fixtures and new mechanical and electrical plant and services which will create a high end, modern office accommodation.
